Vegan Simple Melty Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup Organic Cane Sugar2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Sea Salt3/4 cup Un-Sweetened Almond Milk1/4 cup Un-Sweetened Applesauce1 cup Non-Dairy Chocolate Chips1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir in Almond Milk, Applesauce, Vanilla and Cinnamon.
Fold in Chocolate Chips.
Fill muffin cups with large spoon in a muffin tray.(I actually prefer to just grease the muffin tray and skip the muffin cups because they tend to break apart when you try to take off the paper)
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
Serving Size: Makes 8 Muffins
