Homemade Lentil and Tomatoe Soup

Ingredients
1 cup dried red lentils boiled for 30 minutes.1 teaspoon olive oil1 large onion chopped2 cloves garlic chopped(fry above for 5 minutes)Add two tins of tomatoes and then the lentils.Water it down to the consistency you see as preferable. Add two teaspoons Bouillon (veg stock)Throw in a handful of fresh oregano (marjoram)Liquidise it all up.
