Ingredients
50g Pataks curry paste (approx 1/4 jar)2 Large onions chopped600g Pureed tomatoes2 tbsp Olive oil340g Chicken breast (12 ounces)105-125g Plain yogurt
Directions
Fry the onions in the olive oil until browned, the longer you fry the sweeter the curry. Add the chopped chicken and fry to seal. Add all the other ingrediants and simmer for 20 mins
