Nhopi (Zimbabwean butternut & peanut butter casserole)

Ingredients
Water, 1 cupPeanut Butter, smooth style, 4 tbsp (or to taste)Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packedSalt, 1 tsp1 Butternut Squash (approx. 4.5 cup, cubes)
Directions
1. Peel and cube the butternut squash.
2. Bring the water to boil and add the butternut, salt and sugar.
3. Cook until the butternut is tender.
4. Once the butternut is tender, mash and add the peanut butter.
5. Mix well.
6. Serve.
