Hearty Homeade Chicken Noodle Soup

4 cups shredded cooked chicken (I just boiled what was in the freezer, two leg quarters and two boneless skinless breasts. Use any kind you like!)8 cups chicken broth (I used the broth off the chicken I boiled, but you can use canned)1/2c Dried Split Peas (Or lentils, or whatever dry beans you have on hand)1 Medium Onion, Grated1/2 c Barley1/2 c Brown Rice1/2 c Tiny pasta, like orzo (I had tiny stars that I picked up from the ethnic section at the grocery store)1/2 Bag whole grain noodles (Egg noodle style)2 Packets or cubes chicken bouillon1 tsp. Lemon juice1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetablesAny kind of seasoning you like!
Boil and shred the chicken. Put everything except the two kinds of pasta in the pot and let it simmer for a couple of hours. About 20 minutes before it's done, add in the pasta.
