Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
1.5 pound ground beef - lean1 chopped onion2 tomato soup - low sodium1 packet spaghetti sauce mix1 cup ketchup1 cup mushroom1 tsp. garlic salt10 ounces spaghetti noodles (whole wheat)2 eggs beaten1/3 cup fresh parmesan cheese1/2 stick promise butter1/4 cup sugar or substitutemozzarella cheese1 Large carton cottage cheese
Directions
Makes 12 servings

* Start boiling water and cook spaghetti

Brown and drain meat with onion

Add soup, ketchup, mushrooms, sauce mix and garlic salt

Simmer briefly

Mix beaten eggs, parmesan and butter into noodles

Grease 13x9 pan

Layer noodles first, cottage cheese 2nd and beef mixture on top

Bake at 350 for 45 - 1 hour

Top with mozzarella during the last 4 minutes
