Fiber One Chewy Fudge Cookies

Ingredients
1 box of Betty Crocker brownie mix2 cups of Fiber One original bran cereal2 tablespoons hersey syrup1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/3 cup of water1 tablespoon applesauce2 teaspoons vanilla3 tablespoons egg whites (liquid)
heat oven to 350. spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
in large bowl, mix all ingredients with spoon.
drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls into muffin tin.
bake 12 to 15 minutes until set. cool 2 minutes and carefully remove from tin using 2 spoons. store tightly covered in container. can freeze up to 2 months if desired.
