1 Banana1 Egg1 tablespoon Almond Butter (or other nut butter)Splash of Vanilla ExtractCinnamon to tasteCoconut Oil to coat pan
1. Place small pan over medium heat. Coat pan with coconut oil.
2. Mix all remaining ingredients by hand or with a food processor.
3. Add to pan and slowly cook under it begins to look dry.
4. Flip and cook briefly to brown other side.
