1 LB (454 grams) asparagus6 italian tomato halved, or 12 cherry tomatoes1/3 cup chopped shallots 1.5 tsp fresh thyme1/2 tsp olive oil1 pinch freshly ground pepper.
Directions
preheat oven to 400.combine the trimmed asparagus,tomatoes,chopped thyme,pepper and shallots
in a shallow pan,coat with oil and cook in oven for 7 min.
