Quick Seafood Gumbo

Butter, 1 tablespoonOkra, 2 cup slices fresh or frozenOnions, 1 medium dicedStewed Tomatoes, 2 cansBlue Crab, 1 cup, flaked and pieces, fresh!Shrimp, raw, 16 oz Thyme, fresh, 4 tsp Paprika, 2 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Bay leafGarlic powder, 1 tbsp
1. Add butter to hot pan. Add okra and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir.
2. Add onion on top of okra and allow to cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Stir and continue cooking onion and okra until the "slime" is gone.
4. Add stewed tomatoes and seasonings. Allow to simmer.
5. Finally, add crab and shrimp. Cook just until the shrimp turns pink.
6. Serve over rice.
