8 oz. lean ground beef1/3 large green pepper, choppedmedium onion, diced1 can diced tomatoes1 1/3 cups Minute Rice1 cup water (or more as needed)
In large skillet brown lean ground beef with chopped green pepper and onion and small amount of water to steam until vegetables have cooked just through. Add can of chopped tomatoes including juice. Add 1 1/3 cups of white Minute Rice. Add cup of water and cook until rice is cooked and and most of water has been absorbed. Add small amount of chili powder to give the dish more interest.
