Spoon Bread - Unleavened Homemade

Ingredients
1 cup yellow cornmeal4 cups milk (I use goats because it's fresh here)2 Tbsp butter4 eggs1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix cornmeal and milk over medium heat, be sure to stir so the milk doesn't scorch. When thickened, remove from heat and add a bit to the eggs to make them warm, then add eggs into mixture with butter and salt and mix well. Pour into a buttered baking dish (9X9) and bake for 45 minutes at 425F.
