Pineapple Jello Dessert

Ingredients
1 can Dole Pineapple (preferably chuncks)1 large container of Cottage Cheese, nonfat2 packs of Apricot Jell-O Gelatin (No Sugar Added)1 large container of Cool Whip Lite
Directions
1) Dump entire can of pineapple in a bowl (that includes the juice too!)
2) Cover pineapple with both packets of Jell-O
3) Stir till gelatin is completely dissolved
4) Add the entire container of Cottage Cheese, and stir until well blended.
5) Add the entire container of Cool Whip, stir again till well blended.
6) Chill for a while and serve.
