Creamy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts1 large onion chopped (I prefer yellow)I can low fat Cream of Mushroom soup3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt2 cups white rice2 cups water2 cups chicken stock1/2 cup white cooking wine1 cup frozen mixed vegetablesSalt and Pepper to taste1 tbs. Italian seasoning
Directions
Place frozen chicken breasts on the bottom of the crock pot. Season well. Continue with all the other ingredients. Cook on low setting for 4-6 hours.
