Sue Bee Honey Lime Dressing and Fruit Salad

Dressing2/3 cup Sue Bee Honey1/2 cup Lime JuiceSalad1 tablespoon orange zest1 cup orange juice2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice2 apples, chopped2 pears, chopped2 bananas, sliced2 peaches, chopped2 nectarines, chopped1-1/2 cups cantaloupe or honeydew melon, chopped1-1/2 cups seedless red grapes, halved1-1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered1/2 cup blueberries1/2 cup blackberries1/2 cup raspberries
In a large bowl combine orange zest, orange juice and lime juice. In the same bowl, place the pieces of apple, pear, banana, peach, nectarine, melon and coat them with citrus juices. Add remaining fruits and stir gently. Be sure all pieces are coated to prevent discoloration. Cover bowl and chill.
In a separate bowl add 2/3 cup honey and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Drizzle Sue Bee Honey-Lime Dressing on the salad just before serving.
