Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 cloves Pepper, black, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Campbell's Tomato Soup, 1 can *Open Pit BBQ Sauce, 4-6 oz Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp Brown Sugar, 1/3 cup, packed Chili powder, 1 tbsp *Colgin Liquid Smoke, 2 tsp
Brown turkey, add onion, garlic and celery. Cook for a couple minutes in skillet, drain fat. Add remaining ingredients, simmer for 15-30 minutes or put in a crockpot for a few hours on low or 1.5 hours on high. Stir as needed. Serve on Buns. Serves 8-10.
