Pizza Crust mix, Bob's Red Mill Whole grain GLUTEN FREE, 8 oz (half of the package to make 1 12" pizza crust)Egg, fresh, 1 large *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Arrabbiata Sauce (Safeway Select), 1.25 cup1/2 medium sweet onion1/2 red or orange pepperMozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 4 oz slicedJalapeno Peppers, .15 cup, sliced1 cup Spinach chopped12 jumbo sliced Black Olives
make the gluten free dough following the recipe on the Bob's red mill package, only using half of the dough for this pizza.
