Directions
make vegetarian broth with celery carrots onions and 6c water Strain and discard both veggies [optional]
after soaking beans per directions, cook the beans in the pressure cooker with broth
cook some peppers and onions with spices, salt pepper, chili powder, oregano, add to the beans
