Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch Celery, raw, 2 stalk, onion, chopped, Milk, 2%, 2 cup6 cups of watersalt and pepper to tastesplash of lemon juice
saute chopped celery and onion in a saucepan sprayed with a non stick spray. When translucent, add water, broccoli. Bring to a boil and cook until broccoli is tender. Use an immersion blender to very carefully blend ingredients. It will be very hot! Add milk, and seasonings. Return to just boiling. Can be served hot or cold.
