Paleo Blackberry Gelato

1 can coconut milk, full fat, unsweetened1/4 cup blackberries4 tbsp pure maple syrupNutmegCinnamonPepper
Put can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight.
Skim coconut water off and put the thick cream in an ice cube tray and store in the freezer overnight.
Cut cubes down as small as possible and blend with other ingredients to taste until desired consistency is reached.
Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup
