1 Flat Out Flatbread (100 calories) (I used Honey Wheat)1/4 cup pizza sauce (I used Contadina)1/2 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella1/4 cup drained pineapple tidbits1 slice extra lean ham, cut or torn upcooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray each side of the flatbread with cooking spray. Lay on pizza screen (best if it's a screen or a pan with holes in it). Spread on the pizza sauce. Sprinkle on one half the cheese, then sprinkle on pineapple and ham pieces. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the pizza. Cook about 10-15 minutes, to desired done-ness.
