Paula's Sweet Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients
3 medium carrots, cut into 1-2 inch sticks1/2 head of cauliflower, broken into bite-size florets3 small stalks broccoli, broken into bite-size florets1/2 cup water1/2 tsp saltGlaze:1 tsp cornstarch12/ cup cold water1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules1 tsp honey
Directions
1. Prepare vegetables
2. Place 1/2 cup water, salt & vegetables in medium sauce pan with lid
3. Bring to boil, reduce heat & steam for about 10 minutes, till veggies are crisp-tender
4. While veggies are steaming, add cornstarch to 1/2 cup cold water & mix well
5. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat
6. Stir in cornstarch mix, bouillon & honey, stirring until glaze is thickened
7. Put vegetables in a bowl and pour glaze over the top. Stir gently to coat well
