Ingredients
1.5 C Flour1/3 C Cocoa1 C Sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking soda1 C Warm water1 teaspoon Vanilla1 Tablespoons Cider Viinegar2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
Directions
preheat Oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another. Combine till just mixed and pour into 9X9 inch baking dish coated with baking spray. Bake 30 to 35 min
