1.25 lb. ground beef, extra lean1 roll regular sausage 1 egg1/2 cup or less regular old fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup plus a little bit salsa1/2 green pepper, chopped1/2 large onion, chopped
mix ingredients well, using hands. form into loaf and put into glass baking dish of a suitable size to leave room around loaf. Bake at 350 or about 50 min or til done to suit. let sit a few minutes before serving.
