No Egg Quiche

1 Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, single 9" 6.5 tsp Egg Replacer, 1/2 cup milk1 cup Mozzarella, shredded .25 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded1 cup meat diced or crumbled meat (could beTurkey, Ham, Bacon, etc)1 cup fresh veggies diced, (could be peppers, onions, broccoli, etc. )
Preheat oven to 375*.
Put Mozzarella in bottom of pie crust. Mix the meat and/or veggies and place on top of mozzarella.
Mix Egg Replacer with 1/2 cup milk until smooth (about 3-4min), then pour over top of ingredients in pie crust.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and put back in oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy!
