1 lb ground turkey16 oz black beans, rinsed8 oz mushrooms, coarse chopped1 c red bell pepper, chopped1 c fresh spinach, coarse choppedCombine all ingredients. Season to taste. Form in 6 patties. Grill
cook on each side 6 to 8 minutes. Flip carefully as they fall apart.
