Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)Large Portabella Mushrooms, 4 (cut in half)*365 Brand Panko Bread Crumbs, 1 cup (remove)*Hamburger Buns, Multi Grain, Trader Joe’s, 8 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 8 slice, medium (1/8" thick) (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 8 tsp (remove)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 4 tbsp (remove)Basil, 8 leaves (remove)
Dunk mushroom in egg mix then encrust with panko. Heat oil and place mushroom in when oil is hot. Cook until panko is brown and forms a crust on mushroom. Place basil leaf on burger and melt cheese over top. Spread mayo on bun and toast. Place burger on bun with onion slice, tomato slice, dijon mustard.
