Fast Chicken Porridge

Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded chicken, cooked1 cup rice, cooked1 carrot, chopped1/4 of an onion, diced2 cloves garlic, mincedBroth:1 cup chicken broth1/2 cup waterHerbs de ProvenceCuminRed pepper flakes
Directions
Mix chicken broth, water, and spices in a small pot. Add chicken, rice, carrot, and onion. Wait to add garlic until carrots are tender, but still have a bite and a raw taste (you know, how stewed carrots are sweet, but raw carrots have a distinct taste). Cook until carrots are soft and sweet.
