French Toast

Ingredients
6 large eggs1 cup of 2% milk1 tbsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon 12-13 pieces of whole wheat bread3 tbsp Smart Balance
Directions
Beat eggs and milk together. Add vanilla extract and cinnamon. Heat a skillet or cast iron pan to a low setting and butter it with the Smart Balance. Dip the each piece of bread in the mixture and make sure it's thoroughly saturated. Place on skillet and cook until brown, then flip and brown the other side. Voila!
