Ingredients
Butter, salted, .5 cup*Lactaid 2% Milk, .5 cupCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 5 tbspSplenda 96 tsp. (2 cups)Vanilla Extract, 1 tspOld Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 7 serving(3.5 cups)JIF creamy peanut butter, 8 tbsp (1/2 cup)
Directions
Bring ist 4 ing. to a boil. When at a full boil - boil for 1 minute
Add the last three ing. stir. pour into a greased 9 x 13 buttered pan.

chill and cut into 30 even pcs.
