Hamburger Steak

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef1/8 cup chopped onion1/4 cup ketchup2 tsp season saltsquirt of mustard
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Mix all inggredients. Cover 2 baking sheets with foil. Divide meat into 8 and press into thin patties and put 4 on each baking sheet. Bake for aprox 25 min or to an internal temp of 165 or higher. Serve.
