Apricots, dried, 2 cups, choppedBuckwheat Groats (Sprouted & Dried), 1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 cup Coconut, dried, shredded unsweetened, 1 cup Granny smith apple, 1/2 cup grated packed (about 1 med. apple) Dates, 1/2 cup, pitted, chopped Coconut Oil, 4 tbsp agave organic raw blue agave syrup - dark, 2.5 tbsp Super Seeds, 2 Tbsp Lemon Zest, freshly grated, 1 tsp Maine Coast Triple Blend (1 tsp)Vanilla Extract, 1 tspGinger, ground, 1/8 tsp Cardamom, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1 pinch
Grind oats & buckwheaties into flour using coffee grinder. Place in large mixing bowl with rest of dry ingredients. Mix chopped fruit, apples, lemon zest, agave & vanilla in small bowl. Process in food processor or blender until all dried fruit is finely minced & it starts to stick together. Add to dry ingredients along with coconut oil. Mix well by hand or in food processor until well blended, adding water if too dry. Shape into bars & freeze.
