Teriyaki Chicken balls

Ingredients
Ground chicken, 1 pound Garlic powder, 1 tsp Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed Salt, 2 dash Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Basil, 2 tbspPepper, black, 1 tsp *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp*Soy Sauce, 1 tsp *Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 4 tbsp
Directions
-Pre-heat oven to 350
-grate or finely chop onions
-add onions and dry seasoning to ground chicken.
-add canola oil, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to ground chicken and mix.
-scoop chicken with a spoon and make into a ball. Place on baking tin and use fingers to gently press chicken balls to slightly flatten it.
-Bake balls for 15 mins
-Using basting brush, add teriyaki sauce to balls at three five minute intervals until fully cooked.
-Serve with rice or quinoa and salad!

Serving Size: makes four palm sized chicken balls.
