Ingredients
1/2 cup either almond flour or almond Butter1/2 tea salt 8 packets *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 cups toasted Oats with Almonds and dry cherries or cranberries Cereal, 1/2 to 1 cup of polydextrose or litesse fiber 98% 1/2 cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter, 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 container (4 oz) (remove)1/2 cup water 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Candy, I like to melt it and spread on top you may want to add tablespoon of butter or cream to liquify itmix well you can drop like a cookie and press out or drop and spread with spatula when I do this I take the edge of the spatula and make lines to dividecooking choices this has no gluten or sugar
Directions
bake 350 for 25 minutes remove and spread with chocolate

Serving Size: cut in 4x4 or 4x6 about 16 to 24 bars depending on thickness
