Ingredients
onions 0.5 cuppotatoes 2 mediumbacon 3 rasherspepperwater
Directions
use 1 individual dish for 1 person
place 1 layer of onions at the bottom of the dish. place 1 layer of potatoes, a shake of pepper
Add 2 slices of bacon with all fat trimmed.
a layer of potatoes, until you reach the top, shake on the rest of the pepper add water to almost the top of the dish. Place in a pre heated oven 200 or gas 7 for 1 hour. place the rest of the bacon on top of the potatoes and cook until the bacon is crispy.
