Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 stick butter¾ cup sugar2 eggs1 c. all-purpose flour1 c. whole wheat flour1 t. baking soda½ t. salt3 large, ripe bananas, mashed1 t. vanilla
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x5x3" bread pan
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well after each addition.
3. Sift flours, baking soda, and salt together. Add to wet mixture.
4. Fold in bananas and vanilla.
5. Pour mixture into pan and bake 50-60 minutes.
