OK Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
1/4 c cider vinegar1/4 c canola oil1 t basil1 t oreganogarlic powderblack pepper1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes2 medium green peppers, cut into short wide strips.2 c cherry tomatoes2 medium onions, quartered2 cups small whole mushrooms
Directions
Mix oil & vinegar with spices in a plastic bag. Cut up chicken into cubes and put in bag. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours. To prepare kabobs, remove chicken from marinade. Put chicken & vegetables alternately on 12 kabob skewers.
Cook on grill, covered with tin foil until chicken is no longer pink; or broil for 10-15 minutes. Baste as needed with marinade. (Calories in marinade not included in totals.)
