Vegan Stuffed Green Peppers (zuchinni)

Ingredients
MorningStar Farms (2.67 cups)Ragu Spaghetti sauce (2 cups)Frozen Zuchinni (1 cup)Frozen Corn (1 cup)Daiya vegan cheese (1 cup)Olive Oil (1 tbsp)Onion
Directions
chop onion and fry in olive oil till carmelized. Set aside enough cheese to top 4 green peppers. Mix the rest of the cheese and all the other ingredients together. Stuff the mixture into the green peppers and cook at 400 degrees until you can cut through the green pepper like butter.

Top the green peppers with the cheese and put in the oven on broil till the cheese is melted.

Note: cook any excess filler and serve as a side to the pepper.
