3lbs ground turkeySplash of worcestershire sauceItalian seasoning1-1/2 cups bread crumbsSplash offat free half and half2 eggs
Directions
Fold ingredients
Put in 8" x 8" non-stick pan
Bake uncovered at 400 devrees for 30mins
Remove at 150 degrees
Let stand until reaching final temp of 160-180 degrees
