Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 3 largeSkim Milk, .25 cupSpinach, fresh, 1 cupTomatoes, red, ripe, .5 cup, chopped or slicedOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedFeta Cheese, .25 cup, crumbledButter, unsalted, 2 pat Salt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Beat eggs & milk, salt & pepper. Heat omelet pan or griddle - add butter to melt in pan. Add egg mixture and cook for a minute. Add remaining ingredients and fold half of egg mixture over the filing. Cook through and serve. Makes 1 large omelet.
