I - Kiwi, skinned and cut in chunks1- avocado, skin and pit removed5 - strawberries, fresh or frozen1/4 c. cashew nuts, roasted - unsalted1.5 c of Kale, (about two handfuls)1 c. Almond Milk, unsweetened1/8 tsp. Stevia1 fresh or frozen banana1 tbsp. Brewers Yeast
Directions
Add ingredients to blending cup -- blend and enjoy
