Paleo Pizza

Ingredients
Prep: Coconut Oil, 1 tspCrust:Egg, fresh, 3 largeCoconut Milk 1 cupBaking Powder, 0.50 tspBob's Red Mill Coconut Flour, 8 tbspGarlic powder, .5 tbspMy favorite toppings:Jalapeno Peppers, .1 cup, slicedMazzetta Deli Sliced Golden Greek Peperoncini (12 slices)mezzetta roasted garlic marinara, 1 servingOnions, raw, 4 tbsp choppedHormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, 2 serving
Directions
First preheat oven to 375
And prep a cookie sheet or pizza pan with parchment, then brush the olive oil on the parchment.

Mix eggs with Garlic powder, then add the coconut milk. Add dry ingredients. Spread thinly on prepped pan.

Cook for 20 minutes or until browned, flip over, add toppings of your choice and broil for another 10 minutes

Serving Size: I eat half the pizza. :-)
