Blueberry Scones

2 cups flour1/2 cup sugar1 teaspoon baking soda2 teaspoons cream of tartar3/4 teaspoon salt1/2 stick unsalted butter2 large eggs, slightly beaten1/2 cup low fat buttermilk1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
Whisk dry ingredients together. Cut in cold butter in pieces until small. Add beaten eggs and buttermilk until dough comes together. Gently add blueberries. Turn out onto flour surface and gently pat into circle. Cut out desired shape. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 12 minutes or until very lightly brown.
