Pulled Pork Sandwiches

2 lb Pork Shoulder or Butt Roast1 large onion, chopped1 cup BBQ Sauce2 tbsp hot sauce1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp cayenne pepper1 tbsp chilli powder10 Kaiser Rolls
Place the Pork in a slow cooker with the chopped onion. Cover with water. Cook on low for 10-12 hrs or high for 8-10.
When cooked, drain the water and remove the roast, reserve onions if desired. Shred the pork, removing as much of the fat as possible. Put shredded pork back in the slow cooker.
Add the bbq sauce, hot sauce and spices, and cooked onions if desired. Heat on low until heated through or for up to 4 hrs.
Serve on toasted Kaiser rolls.
