Weeknight Brownies

Ingredients
2 oz. chocolate 1/2 c. Butter2 eggs1 c. Sugar1/4 tsp. salt1 c. Flour1 c. Nuts (optional)2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Directions
Melt chocolate and butter. Cream eggs, sugar and salt. Add melted mixture to egg mixture. Add flour and vanilla (or almond extract). Beat well. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Use 8" or 9" square pan for single recipe. Use 9 x 13 for a double recipe.
