1/4 c.Honey 1/4 c. Orange Juice3T. Soy sauce (tamari) 1 clove Garlic minced1/4 t. Ginger, ground, .25 tsp 1T. Corn Starch1T. Vegetable Oil1 package Mixed Vegetables, frozen (stir fry)1/3 c. Almonds sliced1 lb. Chicken Breast or Tenders
Mix honey, juice, soy sauce and minced garlic and ginger. Add cornstarch and mix again. Set aside. Use oil to cook chicken in skillet. Just as the chicken is finished cooking add the above mixture. When it thickens you know it's done!
Goes great with a box of Near East Rice.
