Ingredients
2 cups spelt flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp of baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 3/4 cups almond breeze almond milk, unsweetened1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce1 egg1 tbsp maple syrup1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
In a large bowl whisk egg, almond milk, apple sauce, vanilla and maple syrup.
Add dry ingredients to liquids.
Let rest a few minutes.
Spray griddle with cooking spray.
For each pancake, spoon about 1/3 cup batter onto hot griddle.
Cook until lightly browned. Flip pancakes and cook until other sides are lightly browned.
