Like Dixie Cafe Squash Casserole

Ingredients
5 cups or about 5 pounds Yellow squash, sliced2 eggs, beaten2 slices of wheat toast, processed to crumbs(or 1 cup of bread crumbs/crackers)1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup sugarsalt & pepper to taste1/2 sleeve of crackers
Directions
Boil sliced squash about 10 minutes or until soft. Drain well. Mash squash and add bread crumbs, beaten eggs, sugar and onion. Mix well. Pour into 3 quart casserole dish and topped with crushed crackers. Bake 30 - 40 minutes at 350.
