Ingredients
2/3 cup cauliflower1/8 cup broccoli1/4 cup cheddar cheese1/4 cup egg whites1/8 cup black beans1/8 cup mushrooms
Directions
chop up veggies, cook in microwave for 4 minutes
add egg whites and cheese to the mixture
press into a patty
cook in a pan, browning on both sides
