Ingredients
1 cup low fat soy milk6 oz Mori-nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu1 large banana1 cup frozen mango chunks
Directions
add milk and tofu to blender, then frozen banana, begin blending. Add mango chunks through handle in lid while blending. Continue blending till smooth
